The YMCA Achievers Programis currently looking for it's 2008-2009 Achievers Program. The YMCA Achievers Program is set up to help youths and teens to develop a positive sense of self and to set high educational and career goals. The African-American Future Achievers Scholarship Program is a program of Ronald McDonald House Charities global office and its U.S. Chapters. It is one of several RMHC scholarships designed to assist specific students who face a widening education gap. The goal of this RMHC program is to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors who may need an extra hand getting in and staying in college. The Future Achievers Scholarship Program provides financial support to students who are committed to pursuing post-secondary education in their chosen field at an accredited institution. The Future Achievers Program recognizes young peoples’ education accomplishments, their potential and their commitment to serve the community.
